It's Kitty, It's Kitty,
(pretend to pet a cat)
It's Kitty and the Colonel.
It's Kitty, It's Kitty,
(wiggle fingers like whiskers)
A love so very special.
(cross arms over chest in a big hug)
One magical day the two did meet,
(clap hands once, then stretch out arms greeting a friend)
On Huckleberry Farm.
A promise made that both would keep,
(make a pinky promise gesture)
To share their happy yarns.
It's Kitty, It's Kitty,
(pretend to pet a cat)
It's Kitty and the Colonel.
It's Kitty, It's Kitty,
(wiggle fingers like whiskers)
A love so very special.
(cross arms over chest in a big hug)
So from that day forever more,
(point forward and make big circle with arms)
Their travels they will share.
(march or walk in place)
Please come along and join the fun,
(wave arms to invite others)
And let them know you care.
(place arms over heart, then stretch arms outward)
It's Kitty, It's Kitty,
(pretend to pet a cat)
It's Kitty and the Colonel.
It's Kitty, It's Kitty,
(wiggle fingers like whiskers)
A love so very special.
(cross arms over chest in a big hug)
It's time to close your eyes my friend,
(place hands gently over eyes)
And dream of make-believe.
(rest cheek on hands, then wiggle fingers upward like sparkles)
For Kitty, you and Colonel too,
(point to self, then outward to imaginary friends)
Best friends you'll always be.
(hold hands with neighbor or clasp own hands)
Best friends you'll always beeee.
(stretch arms wide and sway side to side until note finishes)
